Request Product Stability Inquiries
Canadian healthcare professionals who have product stability inquiries:
For a Merck vaccine: submit the stability inquiry online using the “Temperature Stability Calculator” available at www.askmerck.ca
Online, you will need to enter the details of the temperature excursion for each vaccine involved. The “Temperature Stability Calculator” will conduct the assessment promptly, and you will have the option to download the results for this specific evaluation directly from the portal.
